Bay Area Virtual Realty is located in the beautiful city of Pacifica. We serve the entire Bay Area. For locations outside of a 25 mile radius of Pacifica, CA - there will be a $45/hour fee plus travel expenses (plane tickets, parking, etc.)

How can I make an appointment?
We recommend using the inquiry form onthe contact page. You may also call 877-998-8687. If you receive a message, please leave your name, type of property or business, and the type of tour you are interested in.

Do I have to be at the appointment?
You or the homeowner can meet with the photographer at the property. We have been trained to photograph the highlights of your property. We value your input, please feel free to advise on parts of property you'd like to emphasize on.

How long does it take the get a Virtual Tour online?
Standard tours will be created anywhere from 48 - 72 hours later depending on circumstance. Virtual tour for businesses generally take 5-7 days due to the extra resources utilized.

Where are the Virtual Tours hosted?
Our tours are hosted on our web site for 12 months and/or can be given to our client to upload to their own site. An additional 30 dollar charge will keep your tour(s) on our site for an additional 6 months.
